We must learn to give nothing for granted, even in relationships, we must learn to recognise everything and to love each other. And if one is wrong you must at least have the good sense to say you're sorry. Any realshionship, may it be love or friendship they're based on an equal exchange of little attentions and of mutual respect, the words "thanks" or "sorry" are worth more than an "i love you"!

To last forever friendship must always "up a level". one must learn to understand the other, to understand the changing needs. You never remain a teenager, you become men and women. Time at one's disposal lessens, and, for this reason we learn to appreciate the quality other than the quatity of the hours spent together. It doesn't mean loving less, the love never alters. It only means growing and changing together, we will always be there, one for the other and that will always be part of our thoughts. Only the maturity in accepting change without showing selfishness, will make two kindred spirits together, forever.

True friendship lies on the highest peaks that to reach you need to take your shoes off, tip-toeing, whispering without ever shouting, knowing how to listen with the heart's carefulness and answering questions with the soul's truth. True friendship has something magic about it which only who can undress of superstructures and hipocrisies, who knows how to feed on smiles with tearful eyes and who can still give before the other expresses a wish can understand. It's that feeling that doesn't buy or sell, but it's on the most hidden counter of the shop for the beautiful things of life that once felt remains branded in fire for life.

I wish it weren't a utopia to choose a special person as a friend, may him be so and remain really special always, with his values and his principles. We're all human and we can all be wrong, but respect is sacrosanct, people who have to do with us deserve at least our respect.
